I have a gift voucher; how can I use it?
Enter the voucher reference in the “Special Request” field. The menu choice during booking doesn’t matter as our team knows the corresponding menu for each reference.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, use the link in the confirmation email or call the restaurant. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a penalty.
I have an allergy or intolerance; can you adapt the menu?
Yes, inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will adapt the menu.
I booked but didn’t receive a confirmation email; what should I do?
Check your spam folder, or contact us at 960 054 124 or info@saiti.es.
Can I change the date, time, or number of guests?
Changes are subject to availability. Reductions within 24 hours may incur a penalty.
Do I need to enter a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, a credit card is required. If you cancel or modify within 24 hours, or don’t show up, a fee of €30 per guest will be charged.
